PKR 50,000 is what it takes to save the life of a new baby who has just entered this world. 

There are hundreds of newborns in our country who face a struggle to survive from day one. Many parents do not have the means to pay for advanced post-natal care in hospitals, and it is a crying shame that the infant mortality rate in Pakistan is 57 deaths per 1000 live births.  

Babies are the special gift of Allah to their parents, and it is our collective duty to save and cherish such a precious gift from our Lord.
