Current Situation In Palestine and our past work
Alkhidmat has delivered over 5,331 tons of lifesaving relief aid to Gaza since October 7, 2023. This aid includes cooked meals, clean drinking water, canned food, ration packs, flour bags, rice packs, iftar packs, Qurbani meat packs, baby milk, winter supplies, medicines, hygiene kits, baby kits, fresh vegetables, jerry cans, water bottles, biscuit, honey, tea, and other necessities of life. Alkhidmat launched a holistic response to provide immediate aid following the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. On one hand, we carried out a worldwide fundraising campaign to arrange the maximum amount of relief aid, and on the other hand, we sought international partners to initiate as many collaborative efforts as possible to provide relief on the ground in Gaza.

Medical Support in Palestine
Amid the ongoing conflict in Palestine, Alkhidmat Foundation, in collaboration with international partners, has provided critical medical support to affected communities. This includes the renovation of 2 health clinics, delivery of 394 tons of essential medicines, 25,677 hygiene kits, 19,989 baby kits, and 17,500 safe delivery kits, ensuring children, women, and families receive urgent care and support. To aid emergency response, 3 fully equipped ambulances were deployed to transport patients safely. Alkhidmat continues to focus on life-saving medical aid, hygiene, and maternal-child health, offering hope and dignity to those impacted by the war.

Educational Support
Alkhidmat Karachi is dedicated to empowering Palestinian youth through comprehensive education support across Gaza, Egypt, Turkiye, and Pakistan. In Gaza, Alkhidmat has established two schools to help continue academic activities despite ongoing hardships. In Cairo, Egypt, the Alkhidmat School for Palestinian refugee children currently educates 300 students, while 404 Palestinian students receive monthly scholarships. Alkhidmat has also brought 174 students to Pakistan for fully sponsored medical and dental education, including 74 at Riphah University, with more arriving soon. The Alkhidmat envisions hosting 1,000 Palestinian students in Pakistan across medical and non-medical fields.
