Alkhidmat Karachi celebrates 77th Independence Day with flag-hoisting at head-office

Alkhidmat Karachi celebrated Pakistan’s 77th Independence Day with flag-hoisting at its head-office on Tuesday. CEO Naveed Ali Baig, Executive Director Rasheed Qureishi and other directors were present along with managers and staff from all the departments. National songs were played and a cake in the national colours was also cut and distributed among the staff. Speaking on the occasion, CEO Alkhidmat Karachi Naveed Ali Baig reminded those present that Pakistan had been achieved after a long and difficult struggle which involved countless sacrifices. He exhorted the audience to continue to serve their nation with passion and sacrifice and establish it as a leading country in the world. He added that Pakistan was established in the name of Islam and it was the duty of the following generations that this purpose was achieved. Later, saplings were planted by the directors as part of Alkhidmat’s ongoing Mega Tree-planting Drive.
