Alkhidmat Karachi takes Aghosh Homes kids to Wild Venture Water Park

Alkhidmat Karachi’s Summer Camp for orphans resident at Karachi’s Aghosh Home at Gulshan-e-Maymar has been extended to July 18 on account of the recently announced extension in summer vacations. The camp has been a huge success and a great opportunity for learning and entertainment for these children. Among the activities organized during the camp were hiking, swimming, campfire, tree planting, and many other interesting ones. Moreover, a two-day Adventure Camp in the Kirthar National Park in Gadap has also been added to these activities making it even more exciting for these children. A separate list of activities has been drawn for this camp including putting up tents, putting out accidental fires in these tents, first aid training to deal with emergencies, archery, mountain climbing as well as Basic Life Support (BLS) training. Heavy rain during the Adventure Camp added to the fun of the experience for the young children who thoroughly enjoyed their time. Manager Aghosh Homes Musab bin Abdul Qadir and other senior officials were present during the camp, which was intended to provide life skills as well as recreation to these orphan children of Aghosh Homes.
