Alkhidmat organizes free medical camp with Rangers in Malir

Alkhidmat Karachi recently organized a free, one-day medical camp in Dastano Channa, a suburb of Malir in which more than 1,500 children, women and elderly citizens participated. These participants were given free medical check-ups by expert doctors for general illnesses while cholesterol, sugar and other biochemistry tests were conducted free of charge. Doctors advised the participants to take care of their health and maintain a balanced lifestyle. A team of Pakistan Rangers along with Alkhidmat’s Health Services department managed the medical camp. Alkhidmat’s Mobile Health Unit was present on the occasion to dispense the prescribed medicine free of charge to patients. Farman Shah, Administrator Alkhidmat Fareeda Yaqoob Hospital and Muhammad Arshad, Manager Alkhidmat Health Services were also present at the event. Local residents who benefitted from the camp appreciated Alkhidmat’s initiative and expressed their hope that Alkhidmat would continue to provide such efforts in the future too. Towards the end, Alkhidmat’s officials expressed their appreciation to Pakistan Rangers for their cooperation and assistance during the medical camp.
