He assured the children of Alkhidmat’s continuing support and exhorted them to become good citizens. Irfan Ahmed further inspired the children, recalling the history of the Conqueror of Sindh, Muhammad bin Qasim, who had conquered Sindh on this very day at the young age of 17, despite being orphaned when he was just 5. Later, Naveed Ali Baig inaugurated the new Computer Lab and library in the complex and expressed his appreciation for the children’s enthusiasm for books and computers, and appealed to those with means to come forward and assist Alkhidmat Karachi in its efforts for orphans.
