CEO Alkhidmat Karachi, Naveed Ali Baig, has stated that Alkhidmat’s 50 years are a shining example of its service to humanity. He urged Karachiites, Pakistanis and overseas Pakistanis to contribute their Zakat, Fitrah, Sadaqaat and general donations to Alkhidmat. He said that Alkhidmat has always stood by the nation and served its citizens wholeheartedly during crises such as earthquakes, floods, heavy rains and even the COVID pandemic. He asserted that even as Alkhidmat is entering its 50 years of existence in 2026, it was determined to set new records in humanitarian efforts. He went on to explain that Alkhidmat was serving in all areas of social welfare through its 8 departments, each of which had great importance. Its immensely popular free IT program for youth, Bano Qabil, had now spread throughout the country, empowering the youth of 24 cities. Almost 1.2 million youth have benefitted from this program, and the goal now was to reach 2 million this year. The new generation is securing its future through this program, and their families are reaping the fruits too. Wishing the public on the start of Ramadan, Naveed Ali Baig reminded them that this holy month was a month of mercy, blessings and greatness. He mentioned that the reward of going a Sunnah in this month was equal to the reward of doing a Fard, and doing a Fard was rewarded 70 or more times.
