
Alkhidmat Bano Qabil 5.0 entry tests conclude; thousands participate
Entry tests for the Spring session of Alkhidmat’s free IT courses program, Bano Qabil 5.0, have been successfully completed. Thousands of male and female students participated in the two-day computer-based entry tests, demonstrating their abilities. On this occasion, the Bano Qabil team also assisted students in selecting suitable courses. Students appeared highly motivated to build their future in the field of IT. The tests were conducted at 28 campuses across Karachi, including areas such as New Karachi, Shah Faisal Colony, Kharadar, Bahadurabad, and Clifton. CEO Alkhidmat Karachi, Naveed Ali Baig, visited the campuses at KMA Building (Kharadar) and Nazimabad, while Executive Director Rashid Qureshi visited the Clifton campus. Senior Manager Bano Qabil Program Abish Siddiqui and Bano Qabil Program Director Farooq Kamlani were also present at the occasion. They met with students, encouraged them, and inquired about their selected courses and future plans in IT. Speaking on the occasion, Naveed Ali Baig said that the progress of the nation depends on acquiring modern technology, and the future belongs to those who are skilled in it. Nations equipped with technological expertise will be able to face upcoming challenges. He expressed happiness at seeing a large number of students joining Bano Qabil 5.0. He added that the program has been divided into three sessions, and after this, summer and fall sessions will also be organized to provide maximum convenience to students. Executive Director Rashid Qureshi said that students who completed IT courses under earlier phases of the program (up to 4.0) are now moving toward successful careers, with many engaged in jobs, businesses, and freelancing. He encouraged youth to step into the field of IT, stating that a bright future awaits them in this sector.
