Alkhidmat Conducts Annual Review 2024 New Action Plans set for Next Year
Naveed Ali Baig, Chief Executive Officer of Alkhidmat Karachi has stated that the scope of Alkhidmat’s services is continuously expanding, and the journey of service must continue. He emphasized that no institution can improve or grow without effective collaboration and teamwork. He expressed these views while addressing the Annual Performance Review meeting for 2024, held at Alkhidmat’s Head Office yesterday. The meeting was attended by Executive Director, Alkhidmat Karachi, Rashid Qureshi, Chief Financial Officer, Asif Jamal, Director of the Orphan Care Program, Yousuf Mohiuddin and managers from Alkhidmat’s eight key programs, including Education, Health, WASH Program, Mawakhat, Orphan Care Program, Disaster Management, Bano Qabil, and other departments. Each manager presented performance reports for 2024 and outlined action plans for 2025. Naveed Ali Baig highlighted that Alkhidmat’s work in 2024 was indeed significant and exemplary. While the organization has consistently served the nation in an outstanding manner, greater effort and enhanced capacity will be required to achieve the goals set for 2025. He added that the trust and confidence of donors and philanthropists remain a source of encouragement for Alkhidmat. Executive Director Rashid Qureshi described the 2024 performance review as encouraging. He noted that Alkhidmat is driven by a noble mission, which requires dedication and passion to expand its reach. Efforts will be intensified to bring further improvements in 2025. He also announced plans for professional development courses to enhance the skills and expertise of Alkhidmat’s employees.
