Alkhidmat establishes Iftar points at various locations across the city
Alkhidmat Karachi has established Iftar points at various locations across the city, which will remain active throughout Ramadan during Iftar and Sehri hours to serve fasting travelers, passersby, and citizens. During the sacred month, Alkhidmat has set up three major Iftar points at Tipu Sultan Road, near Naheed Super Store, and in front of Liaquat National Hospital. In addition, Iftar points have also been established at various locations across all districts of the city, from which hundreds of people will benefit daily. Meanwhile, CEO Alkhidmat Karachi, Naveed Ali Baig, in a special statement, said that Alkhidmat’s Ramadan dastarkhwans in the city have been converted into Iftar points. He added that arrangements for Sehri are also being made at the Iftar point located on Tipu Sultan Road. Naveed Ali Baig said that these Iftar points have been set up for passersby, travelers, and those in need, so that people away from their homes, commuters, and travelers can benefit from them. He noted that last year, thousands of people benefited from Alkhidmat’s Iftar points, and this year as well, the initiative has been launched in a highly organized manner. Alkhidmat’s volunteers are carrying out this virtuous work with complete sincerity and dedication. He further stated that arranging Iftar for fasting people is a Sunnah of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and it is essential to promote this Sunnah during the holy month. Alkhidmat carries out all charitable work solely for the pleasure of Allah. He appealed to philanthropists to support Alkhidmat in this initiative.
