Alkhidmat Launches Bano Qabil 5.0 and Job App
Alkhidmat Karachi has officially launched “Bano Qabil 5.0” along with the Bano Qabil Job Application. Under Bano Qabil 5.0, the total number of courses has been increased to 30. Four new Artificial Intelligence (AI) courses have been introduced, while AI has been made a mandatory component in all other courses. A special ceremony was held yesterday to mark the launch of Bano Qabil 5.0 and the job application. The inauguration was carried out by Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi, Munim Zafar Khan. The event was addressed by CEO Alkhidmat Karachi Naveed Ali Baig, Director Bano Qabil Program Farooq Kamalani, and Senior Manager Abish Siddiqui. Experts and instructors associated with the Bano Qabil program provided detailed briefings on the courses. Also present at the event were Executive Director Rashid Qureshi and Manager Ameer Ahmed. A large number of departmental heads, Bano Qabil administrators, and instructors attended the ceremony. Speaking at the event, CEO Alkhidmat Karachi Naveed Ali Baig stated that Alkhidmat has been engaged in humanitarian services since 1976, when these efforts were carried out under the name Shoba-e-Khidmat. He said that Alkhidmat has now entered its 50th year, and on this occasion, Bano Qabil 5.0 is being presented as a gift to the people of Karachi. He emphasized that opportunities to enhance the skills of young people are limited. If provided with opportunities, youth can make a name for themselves globally; otherwise, they may fall into misguidance, become vulnerable to anti-Islam and anti-state forces, or even fall into despair leading to suicide. He said Alkhidmat is working to pull youth out of despair and provide them with a better future. Saving the younger generation from hopelessness, steering them away from negative paths, and guiding them toward employment and national development is a great act of virtue. Naveed Ali Baig further stated that Bano Qabil 5.0 has been made stronger and more advanced than previous versions. Four AI-specific courses have been added, while AI has been made mandatory across all other courses as well. He described AI as a “runaway horse” that must be controlled, learned, and used productively. He added that the Bano Qabil program has become a source of hope for youth across the country. The program has expanded nationwide, and more than 70,000 students have graduated from versions up to Bano Qabil 4.0, many of whom are now financially supporting their families. He also shared that Alkhidmat is designing specialized courses for professionals including lawyers, doctors, pharmacists, and individuals from other sectors. Naveed Ali Baig explained that both employers and employees are present on Qabil.jobs. Through the job application, job seekers can create their CVs and register themselves on the platform. This will help youth secure jobs according to their skills. Even individuals who have not completed Bano Qabil courses can register through the application to seek employment. He noted that job portals worldwide charge fees from employers and employees, but Alkhidmat’s job portal is completely free of cost. He encouraged youth to take full advantage of this initiative. Senior Manager Abish Siddiqui stated that the vision of Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman is moving forward. He congratulated the Bano Qabil administrators and instructors on the launch of Bano Qabil 5.0, saying that beyond employment, Bano Qabil represents a vision and a mindset—one that aims to give hope to youth and provide them with support.
