Alkhidmat running 97 Tafheem ul Qur’an Madaris in Karachi: Naveed Ali Baig

CEO Alkhidmat Karachi, Naveed Ali Baig, stated that 97 Alkhidmat Tafheem-ul-Quran Madrasas are currently operating in Karachi, where more than 5,500 male and female students are receiving education. These institutions have produced hundreds of Huffaz (memorizers of the Quran). He said that under Alkhidmat, Hifz-ul-Quran centers have been established in various areas of the city, including Korangi, Orangi Town, Malir, Buffer Zone, and Baldia Town, where children are being taught to memorize the Holy Quran. Naveed Ali Baig stated that Alkhidmat spends millions of rupees annually on these madrasas. Along with Quranic education, the institutions also focus on developing the character and moral values of students. On important national days and Islamic occasions, special programs are organized where students are introduced to the achievements of notable Pakistani personalities and the history of Islam. He further said that Alkhidmat regularly organizes teaching workshops and training programs to familiarize madrasa teachers with modern teaching methods. These initiatives continue throughout the year and help enhance the teaching abilities of educators. Naveed Ali Baig emphasized that providing religious education to the younger generation and making them aware of Islamic history is an important need of the present time. Those engaged in this noble work are earning great spiritual rewards, he added. Helping children memorize the Holy Quran is a great act of virtue, and Alkhidmat Tafheem-ul-Quran Madrasas, along with their supporters, are engaged in this righteous mission. He said that Alkhidmat is striving to further expand the network of Tafheem-ul-Quran Madrasas. He appealed to philanthropists to support this project during the holy month and contribute to the development of these madrasas and Hifz-ul-Quran initiatives.
