
Alkhidmat’s annual performance meeting reviews achievements; sets future plans
The annual performance review and planning meeting of Alkhidmat Karachi was held at the head office and chaired by Executive Director Alkhidmat Karachi, Rashid Qureshi. Heads of all departments attended the meeting. During the session, a detailed review of performance and achieved targets for the year 2025 was conducted. Department heads and program managers presented comprehensive reports on their respective departments and projects. The overall performance of all departments was appreciated, and the efforts of all teams were commended. Representatives from the Health Department, including medical superintendents and senior managers from all units, also participated in the meeting and briefed attendees on key developments and progress. At the conclusion of the meeting, planning for the year 2026 was finalized, with clear objectives and strategic directions set for the coming year. In the concluding session, Naib Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi, Professor Dr. Shakir, delivered a special address in which he praised the social welfare services of Alkhidmat Karachi and urged participants to remain committed to humanitarian and welfare activities. Addressing the meeting, Executive Director Alkhidmat Karachi Rashid Qureshi stated that Alkhidmat has entered its 50th year of service, and Allahwilling, it will achieve new milestones during this landmark year. He said that Alkhidmat is actively working across all sectors, including Health, Education, WASH (Clean Water), Orphan Care, Islamic Microfinance, Bano Qabil, Community Services, and Disaster Management, and that its scope of work continues to expand. He added that all projects are aimed at the welfare and well-being of the people, and that philanthropists place strong trust in Alkhidmat’s work. He appreciated the efforts of all departmental heads and praised their performance.
