Hafiz Naeem inaugurates Alkhidmat Women Wing’sGaza Bazaar

Alkhidmat Foundation’s Women’s Wing Trust organized a one-day Gaza Bazaarat a local banquet on Saturday which was inaugurated by Ameer, Jamaat-e-Islami Hafiz Naeemur Rehman. The purpose of the bazaar was to contribute the earnings from it to the relief efforts for Palestinians suffering from Israeli aggression in Gaza. Senior officials from the Women’s Wing participated in the event including Trust Chairperson NaveedaAnis, Ayesha Saad, ZarafshanFarheen, RubeenaShakeel, Shahnaz Iqbal, Sheereen Arshad as well as Executive Director Alkhidmat Karachi Rashid Qureishi. The bazaar featured more than 60 stalls displaying leading brands of household goods, men’s, women’s and children’s items such as clothes, hijabs, bedsheets, artificial jewellery, cosmetics, kitchen items, stationery, toys and similar things. Speaking on the occasion, Hafiz Naeem said that the resilience and bravery of the Palestinians in resisting the occupation had taughtIsraela bitter lesson and forced it to accept Hamas’terms for a 4-day ceasefire and the exchange of hostages.Hafiz Naeem also spoke on the boycott of multinationals who support Israel, which was unprecedented in its success and continuation and had brought these multinationals to their knees.Lauding theorganization of the Gaza Bazaar, he added that this was a good moment to promote the use and popularity of local products and urged Pakistanis to choose our own products.Women’s Wing Trust Chairperson NaveedaAnissaid that the Women’s Wing was involved in a number of welfare activities and reiterated her commitment to continue to stand with the people of Gaza.
