Karachiites should donate their sacrificial animal hides to Alkhidmat, appeals Naveed Ali Baig

Chief Executive Officer of Alkhidmat Foundation, Naveed Ali Baig, stated that just like across the country, Alkhidmat will offer thousands of sacrificial animals this Eid-ul-Adha purely for the sake of Allah (Fi Sabeelillah). The meat from the sacrifices will be delivered to deserving and needy individuals.

He shared that Alkhidmat has established collective Qurbani centers throughout the city, where sacrifices will be performed as a charitable act. For public convenience, arrangements for collective Qurbani have also been made. Hundreds of volunteers will be involved not only in distributing meat to the needy but also in the campaign to collect sacrificial hides.

In a statement given yesterday, Naveed Ali Baig emphasized that Alkhidmat has been serving humanity without discrimination for decades. The organization is actively working in areas such as education, healthcare, clean water, orphan care programs, Islamic microfinance, community services, disaster management, and free IT training courses through its “Bano Qabil” initiative.

He added that  Alkhidmat’s work is trusted both in Pakistan and internationally. The foundation has always stood by the nation in times of crisis. All of Alkhidmat’s operations are conducted with honesty and full transparency.

He appealed to the public to donate their sacrificial animal hides to Alkhidmat, stating, “Even a single hide you donate can bring happiness to the face of someone weak, orphaned, helpless, or in distress.” Hides can be delivered to Alkhidmat’s regional offices, or donors can contact them through their helpline.

Naveed Ali Baig further stated that the meat from the sacrifices will be delivered to the needy while preserving their dignity and self-respect. He emphasized that fulfilling the Sunnah of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) is a significant religious duty. “It is essential to include those in Eid celebrations who cannot afford to perform Qurbani, who are affected by inflation, and who wait all year for the chance to eat meat,” he said.
